"I called Remedy at 7:30am to request a new toilet installation, and they were able to get it done the same day at a very reasonable price. The technician took his shoes off before entering the house and kept his mask on the entire time. He was professional and courteous, as was the office personnel I spoke with. They removed the old toilet, installed the new toilet, processed the paperwork, and disposed of the old toilet, all in less than an hour. I would highly recommend Remedy Plumbing and will certainly use them again if needed."

"Clayton was understanding of the emergency of replacing the water service pipe since we were without water for several days. I was charged less than some of his competitors might have done. In this emergency situation he was very reasonable, he was reliable and on time and he completed the work in one day. Clayton brought a young man with him to repave the concrete sidewalk and his work was also blemish free. Clayton addressed my question and concerns in a professional manner!"

"Atlantic Blue responded within the hour to my inquiry. They quickly came out, gave a thorough inspection and provided a quote (with options) that was the most competitive of the 3. They provided a quote that I could respond to online. They immediately initiated the permit process. They came to repair our main water line within 2 days. The fellows that came out were very friendly and really worked hard to keep me informed (as did their main office) and did the job. Which they did to my full satisfaction. Highly recommend Atlantic Blue for the quality, service, and value. A+"

"From start to finish a very positive experience! The work crew were very attentive to making sure my wife's native garden plants survived the onslaught of digging necessary to replace our home's water main. We are very satisfied customers and highly recommend BFMD if you need your water main repaired or replaced."

"I had a water main replaced in front of my townhouse. They did a great job. They did a good job putting back the soil and seeding the yard too"

"I had a sewer backup in my basement. Used Angi’s list and gave RTillery, Alex, a call. They were fantastic - great estimate, responsive, professional, courteous, quick in all their responses, the list goes on. I started with replacing the inside cast iron pipe. Alex even added a clean out. He and his crew were prompt, always polite and professional. They didn’t seem to mind my popping in to watch. The line was replaced in a day and a half w/ minimal water outage. After going back and forth I decided to replace the outside pipes. Alex provided several options. Other estimates would dig up the yard, sidewalk and driveway, replace the cast iron and terra cotta, but no cement work. RTillery slid the new PVC inside the terra cotta which was cheaper and less to dig up and they replaced the sidewalk! Only one other company offered to sleeve the PVC and it cost more! RTillery even came back to fix an issue they noticed doing their final checks. Wow! Can’t recommend these guys enough!"

"My water heater started leaking on a Sunday. I reached out to Family Fire Service and they responded immediately. They had a new water heater out to my house the next day and installed in a few hours. The supervisor and the tech worked seamlessly to have us up and running. They provided quality service and at a very competitive price. I highly recommend Family Fire Service and Plumbing. KC"
