"I am floored by the service I just received from Done Right Today. My last experience with a plumber was many years ago and I remember being seriously unhappy about it. Ryan communicated with me shortly following my request. Showed up at my house 45 minutes later, coordinated with the water company, repaired my leak and had the water back on in under 3 hours! But wait, there's more! He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and explained all the work he did. But wait, there's one more thing. This all happened on a Saturday afternoon, just an hour after I discovered the leak and began to dread what it would cost me to have a plumber come out and repair the pipe. I can tell you, I'm delighted to pay for this repair. I can't recommend them enough! Great job!"

He contacted me very shortly after I posted my request on the Anji website, was able to quickly collect all the information he needed about my job, set very clear expectations, advised me how I should prepare for the repair work, and set up our appointment. He sent me an appointment reminder, and showed up when he said he would. He assessed the situation quickly, and worked efficiently to replace my faucet. He took time to make sure everything was functioning properly, and cleaned the work area when he was satisfied the job was complete. His bill was what he had quoted. "tech mike stiles on time,booties and super freindly. had drain repair done quickly and cleaned area better than when he arrived. took time to explain what happens to 60 yr old galvanised pipes. our pipe was closed down to less than 30% of function. mike augerd it uot as much as he could and sink draining ok. he left us with a complete estimate and scope of work to replace pipe for us to think about. absolutly no pressure to do more at this time. thank you mr rooter and mike stiles. will use again and already recomended to neighbor"
