"By the time the service rep was contacted and he called us, we had purchased the part and repaired the air conditioner unit ourselves. We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end. We were shown pictures of before and after as they did the work. "The bedroom window in my condo had been leaking and causing damage to the internal drywall and trim. I called Handyman Matters because they have done work for me before and I was very happy with the service. I had an estimate appointment two days after my call, and Jim came out to inspect the window and discuss the requirements of my homeowner's association - since we can only order/install certain kinds/colors of windows. Jim handled the ordering of the custom window, and within a week I had an appointment for installation. The old window was removed, trim was repaired, and the new window was installed/sealed/caulked and now I have absolutely no leaks and a beautiful new window. Once again I am extremely happy with the service of this company - from the owner, Paul, to the office manager Penny, to Jim who actually completed the work. Everyone is responsive and friendly and I will definitely use them again."
