"Aldo replaced an ancient water boiler neatly and quickly."

"It went very well. Spoke to them one evening and by the next morning, they were here to install the water heater. I appreciated the quick service."

"Wilson was extremely professional. He came to my condo to make repairs to two toilets. Wilson did a great job. He explained what needed repair, showed me the parts he replaced and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely hire him again."

"Anji recommended four plumbers. Cassidy was the first to respond on Friday afternoon. One other plumber responded but I could not understand his heavy accent, and he asked me if I wanted him to replace the whole burner assembly. That made no sense to me and I questioned him about it. Suddenly he became "too busy" and hung up the phone. Another plumber didn't respond until Monday morning. Too late. The fourth plumber never responded at all. Cassidy asked if it was an emergency or could wait until Monday. I said Monday. and asked what time? I did not get an answer on Friday. Around 8:30P I called and got an answering service which told me that I wouldn't get a response until Monday because their office closed at 8:00P. I had asked about what time on Monday before 6:00P George arrived Monday morning. He was friendly. He knew what he was doing. He replaced the thermocouple. All work was done neatly and professionally. We have hot water again. I'd use Cassidy again."

"Excellent Customer Service. Honest and Reliable. I will use them again."

"I put in the request in the evening and didn’t expect such a quick response. Klaudio was able to come out and inspect the issue and get it completed right away. He was knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Also offered advice about future repairs."

"I cannot say enough good things about Brandon and his father at Katonah Construction co. They went above and beyond to get my project down the right way when challenges presented themselves. To say they care about doing the right thing is an understatement. They both have a work ethic that is rarely demonstrated these days. They have my future jobs and future recommendations. ."
