"I hired Dillion to work on my home boiler unit. He was excellent. He explains in layman’s term how each part of my unit works. He replaced parts that needed to be replaced. He took his time and he did not rush the job. Dillion is reliable, professional and is knowledgeable in his craft and confident in his skills. Dillion’s cool demeanor made me at least ease. I would not hesitate to call Dillion (1 (561) 475-0107 for my plumbing and heating needs."

"Steve Dardac from Dacstar Inc was fantastic. He took out the 30 year old water heater as it was dying. He then bought and installed a 40 gallon Rheem gas water heater. He checked that the new water heater was working so much better than the old one. He then hauled away our old gas water heater. Mr. Dardac is an excellent plumber and we would use his services whenever we need to."

"Barbara graciously took a look at the leak when she came by to give us an estimate for a whole house water filter install. We called her back a week later to fix the leak. Barbara showed up on time and was up front about how she planned to fix the problem, any additional costs should the planned approach didn't work, and other alternatives. She was able to fix the leak in 30 mins and we no longer have to worry about water behind the walls."

"I called All Weather to give me a quote for replacing my gas boiler. They set up a time for their salesperson to come over and give me a quote. The appointment was only a few days later and a man named Joe showed up on time. He spent some time with me, I told him I was looking for a new boiler and a new hot water heater, but I wanted to see what options I have (since I was debating going to a tankless water heater). He told me going indirect hot water tank is the best option and they always use this brand that's the "best one out there". Even though he may have been right, he didn't tend to my questions or concerns very well. I felt like he was getting annoyed that I had questions and eventually I just let him run the show just to get him out of my house faster. Especially when he gave me a quote of $8600, it was much higher than I was anticipating. One thing I really didn't like was when he said I'd have to get a permit since I live in an incorporated village, which would be an extra $500, meanwhile I already had another plumber tell me a permits only $200. So I went with another company. So even though I can't rate All Weather on their work quality, I didn't get a good feeling from their salesperson."

"Jerry has the plumbing expertise anyone would love to hire . He shows up as expected, in a very timely manner, He works very professionally,, explains the details of his job in a manner that that one can easily understand, very clean & tidy that I did not do any cleaning at all after he completed the job. He is highly skilled in what he was doing which was installing/ replacing my leaking water heater. Above all, he is very kind & respectful with great communication & interpersonal skills."

Anytime I need anything Raj always answers phone and resolve the issue. Raj is very experienced plumber and I will recommend his company 5DS plumbing to hire for your project with confidence and you will not loose."

"Chris was incredibly responsive. He actually came to the house on a Saturday to see the hot water heater. I thought it was leaking and had to be replaced, but he pointed out it was the expansion tank partially relieving and he did a maintenance on the heater rather than take an opportunity to install a new tank-about a $6000 job. Talk about integrity!!!!"

"I had an issue with my stream boiler last Saturday. Did a google search and called multiple companies except Lighthouse (also part of Premier HVAC) picked up the phone right away and the tech Slava (unsure if I spelled his name correctly) showed up an hour after my call. He was very knowledgeable. He first did a thorough inspection on my streamer boiler (I thought mine was called furnace but he corrected me and luckily Lighthouse also repair stream boiler), then giving options (replace the water feeder and side glass or the whole stream boiler since mine was already past 30years and it may not last long). Due to budget issue, after discussed with my family, we chose for now just changed the parts. Slava has no problem with that and I got lucky that he was about to arrange time to have the work done the same day. Slava is also very patient and professional. As he learned that I am new to streamer boiler, while he was doing his work, at the same time, he was giving “a lecture “ in terms of names, functions of each parts and the concept of how the stream boiler works and how to maintain it properly. I gotta be honest that I don’t recall all the he mentioned but at least now I have a concept. In terms of the price, I can’t say that it’s cheap but you pay for the quality of service that you get. Slava literally taking his time and spent about 4 hours to repair. Highly recommend."
