He came out to examine the problem so he could give me a realistic quote, even though he was at the end of his day, and then came back the next day to fix it. He was there within that 32 minutes looked at the problem involving a gas leak. It was not an easy problem to try to solve its original work had been done eons ago he said he could do it, and had to buy a few more parts to finish.
