I was told the issue was resolved. Less than 24 hours later, when we attempted to shower, the bathtub backed up again and would not drain at all. I contacted your company today and was initially told no one could come out until Monday, despite your company advertising 24/7 service. After pushing back, the same technician returned. He was unable to fix the issue, stated he could not snake the line again, did not know why the water was not draining, and said he ?couldn?t wrap his head around the issue.? He ultimately left the problem unresolved and told dispatch that a plumber would need to come out at a later date. At this point: ? I have paid for a service that did not resolve the problem ? The issue returned within 24 hours ? Your technician was unable to diagnose or fix the issue"

The Speer family started their company in 1900 selling coal and oil to residents and businesses in Northern New Jersey. Speer Air Conditioning was formed in 1958 and incorporated in 1966. Since then Speer Air has attained a reputation as one of the top heating and air conditioning companies in New Jersey. We average between 35 and 50 employees seasonally. We are a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer (FAD) and have a New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor's license, 13VH00978100 as well as a New Jersey Electrical license, 14873. We provide complete HVAC services as well as electrical services. Speer Air is also a Generac Home Stand-by generator dealer. Which apparently means nothing to them What makes matters worse, the Emergency Service we paid through another HVAC provider was only necessary because of an issue they created during the installation. During the installation Speer Air originally ran the line for the residual pump over the copper hot water line. Which over time burned through the residual line, and then cause a hole and leak on the copper pipe."
