"Needed leaky water valve repaired and sewer system unclogged. Came within 45 minutes of my desperate phone call. Installed new valve and new copper piping. Could not flush clog from inside, so came next day and dug 7' hole in front garden to remove the clog. Also installed vertical pipe to access any future sewer problems. Work crew had to dig out two big bushes to access the old sewer pipe at my home's foundation but replanted them along with any tulip bulbs they displaced. Truely considerate of my early spring garden! Courteous, mindful of property, work done in a timely fashion at a fair price. Explained each step in the process and why it was needful. Very pleased with 'Moose' and his work team."

I did not have replacement tile to patch the broken ones. So I went to Angie's List and found Advanced Professionals. He checked the repair with the water running by videoing the repair from behind the tile wall (there was an access panel available) and reviewed the video with me. The job site was cleaned before he left. We discussed other minor issues around the house, and he made his professional recommendations. I will use them for future work. Advanced Professionals always answers the phone during normal business hours. This is key. As many plumbers are one or two person operators and won't answer the phone once they are on the job and their voice mail is usually full. I highly recommend this company."
