"Anthony and his crew were wonderful to work with. Very clean and precise with their work. We had a total renovation of our upstairs bathroom. A standing stem shower was installed and also a new window. All new pipes and wiring. New lights and flooring with radiant heat,. They did all the molding and doors. A new bathroom and closet door. The job took a little longer than anticipated but well worth it. it is beautiful and just what we had wanted and more."

"Install guys were nice and clean. They did forget to seal the gas exhaust pipe properly. A tech came back out that night to seal the PVC piping after I called them about it. Nice reaction but letting carbon monoxide exhaust leak into my basement in the first palce was not a quality job. The salesperson while polite was not aware that the three zone heating on my existing equipment was not compatible with the new Carrier system to be installed. Rather than confirm it with his manager he stated specifically that there would be no problem and the techs would demonstrate the zone heating before they left. Halfway thru the install the techs let me know that the zone controls would not work with the new system and I had to pay extra to make that work. Ok, lesson learned, never accept what the salesperson says only what they write on the order. Eventually I paid for the new board to be installed. Of course the new board is a special order and a week later and multiple calls I still do not have a date for if and when the install will be completed even though I have paid in full. Why the Install team does not confirm that the equipment is on order and when it might be installed is beyond me. I am patient but they need to keep the customer informed. As to the new Carrier Heat Pump and Gas furnace. Working beautiful now that they have sealed the exhaust pipe."

"Transport happened two days late even after an uplift in service to assure the vehicle move happened before or on the target move date. My main issue was the communications of an issue, I was informed the morning of the day the vehicle was suppose to be off the property. Then there was no projected date for resolving the issue that I could pass on the the new property owner and no lead time to allow me to find other carriers to handle the move. Auto Transport - United Freight Of America did continue to work the issue and a new transport was provided two days later however I found out about that 1 hour before the truck was going to meet me at the property. I had arranged to have an alternate transport occur on Friday just before I got the call however I was able to cancel the Friday transport. The C rating would have been a B if there was more communication and if there was a maybe selection for "would I use them again" I would have selected that."

"It would be great if all contractors met the standard set by Daniel and his crew. <br /> He reponded to our initial call promptly, came out to assess the job, and provided a reasonable estimate. <br /> When we had questions, we would E-mail him and he always responded the same day. <br /> When it came time to do the work, Daniel and his crew showed up right on time.  While we had cleared the areas to be refinished, there were three large furniture pieces that I couldn't handle myself and Daniel's crew graciously carried them downstairs. <br /> Everything was properly taped off and there was hardly any dust raised in the rest of the house from the sanding. The areas needing replacement were carefully removed and replaced with wood that closely matched the original grain.  Several areas with old water damage were sanded to clarity. <br /> The red oak stain went down smoothly and resulted in a rich uniform color.  The work was done so carefully that we had hardly any touch up to do on the baseboards. <br /> Three coats of water-based poly later, we had great looking floors. <br /> As part of the job, we asked Daniel to stain and poly new banisters that we had installed at the same time.  Again, the work was done well.  Because the bainisters were not dry in time to get a poly coat, the crew came back a few days later to finish up -- and take the heavy furniture pieces back upstairs. <br /> All in all, an excellent experience and I would be happy to recommend Daniel and his crew for any floor refinishing job. <br />"
