"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "Repairman, Andrew, came and located the problem. The ignitor had burned out, so the burners would not light. Andrew did not have the part in his truck but was able to fit in a used part from another furnace to give me heat until he got the other part. I got a call the next day and scheduled a time to put in the exact part. Again, repairman was within the stated time window. Heat working well."

"Had a high velocity a/c issue and getting run around by orignal installer who I will blast for unprofessionaliism if he ever is listed here. Frustrated, called CC based off Angies reviews. Lisa was very pleasant and attentive to my long winded explanation, had me speak to Mo who took time talking to me. I asked if he could take a look at unit , he did and said it was operating but not cooling properly but that a full pressurized check of system was best done when weather warms. He was going to leave without a service charge but I asked him if he could winterize furnance, thought quote could have been lil lower for that but agreed because I appreciated his directness and honesty on dealings. Lisa quickly made appt to fit my schedule and Mo and helper were puntual on call as well as prompt responding to night call to check on pressure gauge that they replaced. Service cost all in."

"Tony's crew installed a new stainless steel liner in the chimney for my heating boiler. I've talked to several chimney companies before choosing Tony's company. The main reason is that Tony's the only person who was willing to take the effort looking at the specs of my boiler and getting permit from the township to ensure everything is done properly. I like him being responsible and attention to detail. More importantly, he's honest. Instead of exaggerating the situation to win the business like most other chimney companies did, he's the only guy who told me that my chimney was in fair condition and does not need a new liner immediately. This makes me feel comfortable to trust his advice and proposal. I'll definitely recommend him to all my friends."

"He arrived at pm on a Friday and stayed till 10:30 pm. He told us it needed to be replaced and just fixed it to get us through the summer. A new system would have cost us 8,000, but he fixed it for us for 350.00 , just to get through the summer. It is still running till this day. We knew we would have to get a new system eventually. He will be coming to install a new system next week. I have recommended him to three other family members, they love his work."
