We love the Saint Matthews area and wanted to stay in the neighborhood, but we had to have more room in the house for the family. Our plan for the addition came closer to the property boundaries than the dated zoning rules allowed for. DDR got us approved for the variance and permits we needed with no problems. The workers were all very nice, polite, and courteous to me and my wife. They kept the rest of the house clean while they worked and were very responsive to our questions and ideas. We highly recommend DDR for any remodeling projects and plan to do business with them again. "
