"Water heater pilot would not remain lighted. Diagnosed as a thermocouple failure as suspected. I called and requested service at 8:30 am, and was told to expect a technician to arrive between 10 and 10:30. The technician actually arrived before the estimated time, was courteous, completed the repair promptly, and left the work area cleaned up."

"Harrison came on time, repaired our a/c compressor and was excellent. I highly recommend Hometown HVAC."

"I had a great experience with Pollock HVAC! Alex and TJ are both professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure the job was done right. It’s refreshing to have technicians who genuinely care about their work and their customers. TJ and Alex were courteous, respectful, and efficient, and I really appreciated their attention to detail. I highly recommend Pollock HVAC and would definitely request TJ and Alex again in the future. Great service from start to finish!"

"Amazing family owned company. Helped us with replacing our ageing HVAC system. We had quotes from 5 different companies and they were an easy choice. Kris(the owner) took his time evaluating our existing system and making sure we were properly informed and educated about the options, made suggestions for things that we could address on our own and caught a number of things that all the other contractors had missed. If you're in the market for a new HVAC system, needing repairs, or just want to see what improvements could be made to your existing setup I 100% recommend giving them a call!"

"Customer service is great! Very dependable."

"We now use Chris for anything that he does. This time it started with annual service; he discovered a coil leak (I think that was it) which he had noted as a potential problem last year. We trust him so much we had him do the work while we were out of town. Came home to everything working perfectly. Could not recommend him more highly. PS He doesn't laugh at you when you have screwed up your attempt at home repair"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The project was top notch. They were the only company who made the effort to troubleshoot the hot water heater problem before making a recommendation's to either repair or replace. They let us know what was going on and were very knowledgeable. They called to let us know when they were coming, showed up as scheduled, finished the project in a timely manner, and the final project turned out great! I highly recommend, and will definitely use them again."

"The service was comprehensive and efficiently executed. The service members were knowledgeable and professional. It means a great deal to have a dependable and reliable company to maintaining your home heating air-conditioning system that you depend on every year for your comfort."

"Evergreen Heating and Air is by far the best contractor we have worked with so far. Very communicative, responsive, and open to all costs and procedures. Not only did they do the work to repair and replace our air handler, but they left our attic crawlspace better than they found it and reran duct work to maximize storage space. I highly recommend Evergreen for any HVAC work or maintenance. We will call them again for maintenance in the future."
