He arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the work within the time frame we had agreed on. He answered my questions about the operation of the garage doors and linked my car with the remotes. My only issues were that the service cost a little more than we had agreed and I cleaned up a little bit of trash from the installation. No big deal for me really but that is why I gave him 4.5 instead of 5.0. I would hire him again because I value dependability and a good personality."

Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
