We had an outside faucet freeze on us during winter causing flooding in our basement bedroom this Spring. We called Terry based upon his ratings. "We had a water main pipe burst underneath our house, and needed to get a galvanized pipe replaced with a copper pipe running from the street to under our house. We had gotten several estimates from other plumbers and Neighborly had the best deal. When Matt came over he identified the issue very quickly and described what would need to be done. We had recently done some landscaping in the front yard and planted native & pollinator-friendly plants and didn't want any of them damaged. Neighborly was the only one that offered to hand dig the holes needed for a trenchless water main installation in order to protect the plants. They showed great care in the work they were doing and their receptionist and scheduler Julie was very kind, informative, and transparent with everything.
