"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Called Steve on Monday morning at about 9am. Tried to explain job over phone, Steve provided ballpark numbers and offered to provide a better estimate by going to the sites. He's in Burlington, we're in Newton and Waltham. He could have no expectation of getting the job but he was fully prepared to invest time and effort into a quote.
