"The initial work was poor with the drainage lines not extended as far as promised and the cutter clean-out improperly positioned.  However, after calling the owner and providing my comments, the owner came to the property and inspected the work.  The owner agreed that the work was not satisfactory, and immediately promised to remedy the issues.  The owner arrived the next week with his crew and took care of the issues.  Additional work was also performed for a reduced charge.  Because the owner was willing to remedy the issues with the original job, he appears to be fair and interested in making sure the job is done correctly. <br /> One issue to note is that the lawn sprinkler lines were inadvertently cut when the work was performed in the fall of 2014.  When the sprinkler system was restarted in the spring of 2015, I had to pay the sprinkler company to repair the lines that were cut. <br />"

"The company sent a young man named Brandon. He did a great job. 10 days later the problem was better, but still had fleas. They sent Brandon back (free of charge). Again, he sprayed everywhere with a different chemical. 10 days later I still have a problem with the basement tile and cement floor. This time they sent a supervisor with Brandon, again free of charge. Again, the used different chemicals. This spray was on 8/17 have my fingers crossed and prayed. Thank you so much for your lists. "Don't dig up your city sewer! Nu Flow will come in, line your existing one at a competitive price, and you don't have to tear up your yard, patio, sidewalk, driveway, life, etc!! Thanks Nu Flow for not ruining my property like traditional digging. Great experience. I would say I plan on using them again, but not really, as I don't plan on having sewer issues any more. They provided me with a quote on a Wednesday, I paid Friday, they completed the job the following Tuesday. Could not be happier."
