HE SAID he didn't have the small snake on the truck to do the lines from the kitchen and laundry room. Why would HOPE send out someone who didn't have the proper equipment on the truck? Nothing was fixed at this point. THIRD: Kevin called the office and they said they wouldn't take the coupon that was given to us by Matt."
