"Workers dropped construction trailer yesterday afternoon & began work this AM. Sergei (owner) stopped by and explained minor changes. Workers very professional & courteous. Bad weather pushed timetable back by a couple of weeks. However, Sergei stayed in touch by phone & stopped by with his framer to go over measurements. So far we are very pleased. Sergei mismeasured opening for storm door which is going to require a custom made door. He explained that he would absorb the additional cost. I admire his honesty. Project completed a few days ago except for storm door. Good job, workers cleaned up everything. Sergei stopped by to be sure we are satisfied & accepted partial payment until custom storm door is here & installed. We also had an issue with during heavy rain we had water leaking into the soffet which they repaired with a j channel. I would definitely use Alliance again for any outside projects or repairs."

"Made an appt. with Castle Rep, James, for 17 windows and vinyl siding. He spent 1 hour talking about how great his company and windows are before finally getting down to the issue. We were told that CASTLE makes and services their own window, with all the best technology and technicians available. The price per window for energy efficient came out to over $1,200 per double-hung window! And since they make their own products, we could not find a way to compare quality and price with other manufacturers. But his per-window price exceeds the average price of $500-700 by A LOT! When we balked, he made a call to his "manager" to see if we qualified for a "special promotional" discount. If we were to commit right there on the spot, we would get an additional 10% off! Still way to high. We said we would think about it (he got sad and snippy), and that we wanted to hear about the vinyl siding quote before we made any decisions. He told us he could not give us a siding quote until his company did an "eagle view" measurement, which would require another appointment! We had no intention of sitting through ANOTHER high-pressure appointment. High pressure, long-drawn out presentation and he would not leave us with anything in writing! No brochures, prices, nothing! He refused to put anything in writing and we could not have a break down of labor and costs. I even asked him if I could have a copyhh of the window warranty and he said "only if you purchase right now." And they did not come prepared with references or previous job locations! When we further researched the company, we found they did make very excellent products, but the #1 complaint was by far that they did not honor their lifetime warranty and that customer service was horrible. In the end, we chose not to do business.."

"The sales team was courteous, friendly, clean and knowledgeable. They thoroughly explained the entire process and what to expect. They wre prompt very professional and the project manager was on site for any questions that we might have had. We had no surprises.
The project team arrived on time as promised and worked diligently until the job was finished. We were amazed at the high quality materials used and the thoroughness and quality of their workmanship. A roof is not usually an exciting project to have done on your home where you'd want to show it off but the quality of the job done on our roof was exceptional that I had to call my friends to come and see it! What a great experience to find a company of integrity who stands by their word and delivers! We will definitely be calling on them again for other projects. "Victor was very professional and great to deal. He brought samples of the material they use, explained their process, prices and warranty in detail. He returned to discuss additional questions and even did better on the price. While Yankee was not the lowest quote we got, they were competitive and took the time to answer all of our questions and had actual samples of the siding they use. I will update this review when we have the actual work done with pictures. So far we are very comfortable with them."

"Needed paint work for my property They were referred to me by my business partner, called them up sent pictures explained what i needed in less than 2 hrs got a comprehensive quote laying out the work and pricing which was fair, and set dates. Thought they might bail but when the time came they arrived on time even a bit earlier and got done earlier as well which was a pleasant surprise, we did a walk through to make sure everything was up to par, and couldnt of been more happy with the workmanship, paid them in full even left a tip for coffee. Solid folks, made the process easy and delivered on the promise."
