"On time arrival, quality product, excellent installation ... and Ben stands behind his work! When the new heater revealed a factory flaw he returned immediately to replace the defective part, no questions asked. He also replaced a burnt out sump pump and did it quickly and at a fair price."

"Our hot water heater was leaking on a Saturday afternoon. Tim was very professional and timely replacing our tank by Saturday evening. Fantastic response time and quality work. I can’t thank Tim enough other than recommending him to others and being sure to utilize him again if any other issues arise!"

"David is always very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend! Came out to service my oil furnace and did a fantastic job. Prompt, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The furnace is running smooth and clean. I?ll definitely be using them again for future tune-ups!"

"The job was done right. This is an old house and it took a little more time, but I’m very satisfied!"

"Osden s was the 3rd plumber I called to assess a leaking hot water heater. The other 2 never returned my calls. Connor at Osden s called me back within 15 minutes, and after telling him about the issue and sending video evidence, it was determined that the hot water heater could not be repaired and had to be replaced. Connor came to my house at 7:30am the next morning, with a new hot water heater, and had it installed and working in about an hour. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, even gave me some ideas about other upgrades I m interested in doing!"

"Did a great job. Endured a couple of other issues."

"They responded quickly and installed a new hot water heater at a fair price. They are highly recommended."

"The workmanship was quick, careful, & highly professional. However, communication issues arose prior to the final installation which troubled us. We found a message on our phone message mid-day prior to the scheduled installation from someone who identified himself as the installer that they wanted to come earlier than scheduled, but the number for call-back was unintelligible, I called Yankee & left a message that they should tell the installers to come any time that day but a later call from"the installer" told us that they couldn't do the work that day as scheduled because of an urgent family illness. When we called Yankee again, the Installation Manager offered to reschedule for the following week (not workable for us) or, though they normally don't do Saturday jobs, they would do so, & reiterated that an urgent personal issue was the reason for the delay. Though extremely inconvenient for us, we accepted that as the better alternative. The installers arrived on time on Saturday morning, worked with impressive efficiency, and were extremely polite & friendly. What surprised us was that they said that they could have completed the work as scheduled the day before & knew nothing about the phone calls we had received. These evident communication issues troubled us, but not the quality of the work. Time will tell whether the windows are as great as they appear & continue to function effectively over the long haul. Another strong positive: because of the inconvenience, they provided us with a $100 gift certificate to our favorite local restaurant. Overall, they provided excellent service & what appears to be an excellent product. However, their sales pitch stressed service & communication &, while better than some, lapses in quick availability of customer service & inconsistencies in communications led us to rate them extremely highly but less than perfect. We'd certainly strongly consider using them again for a different job but they didn't live up to the extra-high level of prompt, individual, personal service stressed in our initial meeting with their sales representative."

"I had a water leak in my ceiling ( where I have radiant hot water pipes) Jeff was thorough, careful, and took the time to problem solve. I tried calling other plumbers and they would not even come to diagnosis the problem. The problem was finally diagnosed to a cracked condensing pipe from the air condition system that had been previously deemed okay. Piped fixed and leak taken care of....Thank you AR Zukowski for not just brushing me off."

"Craig and Billy were fast, courteous and efficient. I asked them to do four jobs, from installing a cold water line for a refrigerator to clearing a blockage in sink drain line. They did them all quickly and at a very fair price."
