The repair to the drywall was not done well and I had to redo that myself. It was not placed in the spot I wanted due to some miscommunication. Juan promptly came back and moved the box again and repaired the drywall. I would hire him again for other projects."

When booking the appointment they mentioned they would give a price for the quote, once the work started that would lock in the price no matter what they found. Well, the quote was to replace the fan motor which had burnt out but when the technician tried to do that he realized the whole fan and casing were corroded so he had to replace the whole unit. And true to their word the price did not change. Work was done well if not a little pricey."
