"We have a Gambrel house therefore with a very low attic space which is where the Trane unit is installed. It is a miserable space to work in and the guys never complained. They needed to make sure that everything was level up there so the drain pan would work correctly because the house sinks a bit in the middle due to settling over the years.
Joyce C &H have been servicing our AC unit for at least 10 years despite the fact that the previous company that installed it did a terrible job causing many of the issues that Joyce has had to deal with. They could have easily refused dealing with the system.

I highly recommend them.

"They came and did exactly what they described and made the whole process painless
The crew of 5-6 guys came in and installed the unit in a matter of hours including an
Electrical sub panel. I'm very pleased with their work and the produc heats and cools
Space very well."

"The service technician was on time, professional, clearly very knowledgeable about air conditioners, worked clean, explained what he was doing as he went along, was friendly. This is the third time we've used Walley's for both air conditioner and furnace and we are highly satisfied with the service."

"Their service is flawless and their pricing for the unit was good. The service contract has been going up in price but I would still recommend them and I would use them again."

"Professional and friendly service. Not cheap."

"New faucet has been installed an inch or so too far outside. The two securing screws could be driven into the wood by a few turns only."

"Did a very thorough cleaning and inspection of both units.  Scheduled within two days of calling them, came exactly when scheduled and did a very professional job.  Both of these units were originally purchased from and installed by N.E.T.R. and they have always been a great company to work with.  I would highly recommend them.
