I am retired with 35 years of municipal construction, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC maintenance and repair. I am interested in small jobs consisting of 1-3 days. I work with just my grandson and me to teach him various trades until he can take over. We often take on the smaller jobs that others will not take. Since we are not interested in full kitchen and bath remodels or extensive projects, we will not try to upsell you into anything extra that you don't need.
