Surprisingly Bill answered the phone, I explained the problem and said he would send a technician out Monday morning. It appeared to be the gas valve. The water heater was 10 years old. Got 2 options, replace the entire water heater or just the gas valve. The water heater replacement was about $3000 and the gas valve about $700. No high pressure to replace the water heater. Decided the replace the gas valve after talking with the technician and Bill. Technician came out Tuesday morning and replaced the gas valve. Now plenty of hot water. The final invoice was $ 200 less than the estimate. Victor the technician was very professional. Knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend Bill Metzger plumbing for all you plumbing needs"

"Johnny located the clog (it was not where I expected it to be) and cleared it completely. He ran snakes from two different locations to achieve success. He spent a lot of time following up the snakes with water flow tests to make sure the clog was completely gone and that drainage was unimpeded. He recommended some changes to the under-sink plumbing, which we will probably contact Zoom Drain to do at a later date. He also left us with a drain treatment chemical with instructions on how much and how often to apply it. He was very professional and pleasant. Very customer oriented."

Miguel was able to scope the drain and visualize the root of the problem. They were prepared to start digging and had the tools and supplies on the truck to get the job completed.
