"Vertical Connection is wonderful! I asked them for a certificate of insurance, and they gave it to me. Stephanie was very helpful. In an e-mail, I told her that I wanted white draperies. When I arrived at the store, she had many samples already picked out for me. I told her that I wanted the draperies to match the paint on my walls. Unfortunately, I forgot to bring a sample of the paint color. Stephanie, however, has samples of all of the Sherwin Williams paints, and she matched the swatch to the paint color perfectly. She also had a nice selection of hardware to go with the curtains. The installer put up the drapes in less than an hour. I had a great experience with this vendor!"

"Hired them to do a BGE home energy audit, and Larry Tennant performed this for the company. This included an inspection of the attic insulation which resulted in a lot of ceiling drywall essentially coming off the joists, multiple nails popping through the paint. I was really unhappy with this new problem, since what was supposed to be a $100 energy audit now led to damage that would cost several hundred dollars to repair. From Larry's point of view, the ceiling drywall likely had pre-existing problems making it vulnerable to damage from the inspection, something he had no way of knowing. After a lot of discussion, Larry contributed $500 toward the costs of fixing the ceiling, a reasonable compromise for both parties since the drywall already appeared to have pre-existing issues. Through the experience, he was professional, responsive, and was 100% committed to finding a mutually agreeable solution months after the audit was completed. Even though I would have rather never gone through the experience, I have the highest level of respect for Larry's integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would gladly hire him again if we needed his services again."

He explained the process beginning with how to contact my insurance company and what I needed to say and as a result they fully funded the job. Chris also pointed out some water damage that I wasn't aware of. He also explained the time line from start to finish, and what to expect during the work. He throughly explained the contract and addressed all questions and concerns. He was available during all the steps. I was able to contact Chris via text, phone or in person. The roofers and painters were efficient and cleaned up everything after completing their work. I strongly recommend this company for any home improvement projects you may be considering."
