"What a great experience! I requested the assistance of a plumber to help resolve water backing up into the shower, fortunately my first return call was from Mimi at Mayor Plumbing Services. They were available to provide same day service and I booked with them. They showed up well within the time frame they said they could and went right to work. Not only resolved the issue at hand, but I asked if they had time to look at two toilets that kept running water intermittently. Without question, they took that on and got the job done including going out for parts needed to accomplish. Both Mimi and Pedro have can-do attitudes and will accomplish whatever task presented. It’s not often I can say a joy to work with! Thank you Mimi & Pedro for a job well done! It was a pleasure to work with you and I will highly recommend your services!"

"The main water line from my home had a leak. I researched online and got a call within 5 minutes from Mr Rooter. They had a man on his way to another job but since mine was an emergency they re-routed him to my home. He arrived within 10 minutes, showed me the place where the line was cracked and leaking. Explained the work he would do and the cost to me. I accepted and he started to dig the line up to repair the area. It was just at sunset and he worked in the dark for over an hour. He was professional, pleasant and efficient. I was impressed & will use this company in the future when I need a plumber."

"We had a new air conditioner installed on October 6th. Everything was great. Leonardo and Adonis were so nice and everything was so clean and neat. They were very efficient. On October 7th we had an issue and the service technician Matt Mena came out and was so great. He did everything and took care of the issue. On October 10 we had another issue and Nick Ford Field Supervisor came and took great care or us. We appreciate these guys so much. They all worked very hard for us. Sansone is a great company to choose for your air conditioning services.. 5 Star service all the way!!! Thank you Sansone!!!"

"Our hot water heater stopped working this morning. No hot water at all :-( I called IHM at 5:30pm and spoke with Andre. He was awesome! Professional & compassionate. He discussed our needs and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. (Less than half what we had been quoted for the same job by a big name competitor) He then said I m heading over to you right now Such a relief! What a great experience from beginning to end. Andre was knowledgeable & professional. The work was done in a timely manner and he remained with us to ensure that we had hot water at the completion of the work. I cannot recommend this young man enough-he is an incredible asset to the company. I have saved his name and number in my contacts-he will be the person I call when I next need plumbing work done!
