"Mr. Kaiser had done some work for me before which was excellent. We are going away for a week and I wanted the wi-fi thermostat operating so that I could leave the house cool while I was away and turn on the heat before we arrived home via the wi-fi. I called him yesterday (10/11/16) and he adjusted his schedule to come this morning (10/12/16). He knows his furnace wiring systems and fixed a somewhat bad wiring job, correcting this while connecting the thermostat. Mr. Kaiser is a pleasant person to do business with. He is also reliable, highly competent, and punctual. He is my first call person and he should be yours."

"The work they did was fantastic. Brian really listens to you when you describe the problem and comes back with an accurate estimate. He also gave me some excellent quotes on other things I need done, such as replacement of a very old side door that no longer conforms to present door sizes. The porch is now beautiful! And my bathroom fan no longer sounds like a jet plane taking off. I intend to hire them for additional work and cannot recommend them highly enough. AND the cost was quite reasonable."

"Quality of product installed and workmanship I am pleased with. However, post install is why I have deemed necessary to leave this review. The crew left food waste in our yard and gutters. Lawn was not adequately swept for nails and staples. Upon reinstalling my TV antenna, observed pieces of shingle, siding, aluminum flashing, nails and staples in one gutter. This prompted me to inspect all gutters, where I found more of the same. Had two exhaust vents installed for bathroom fans. The crew did not leave necessary couplers to connect provided duct to vents in attic. The project manager provided necessary couplings by personally delivering to my house which I am appreciative of. Discovered packaging material from shingles, along with shingle remnants in my attic. The sales presentation and documentation was why I chose Palmer Construction over lowest bidder, about $5000. The owner and sales person have yet to reply to my emails and/or phone messages. The project manager is the only staff who contacted me and followed up. Not how I would run my business or manage my staff. They also jeopardized an opportunity to earn an additional project. I got a new roof which hopefully will last until I move and they got my money."

"Williams is great. I strongly recommend them! I called them around 2pm because the heat was not working in our house. They came within a few hours to fix the unit. They fixed the unit with minimal cost and in a very timely manner. The technicians were very knowledgable and friendly. They answered several questions that I had about the HVAC unit. Rhonda at the main line was great -- she made sure that the technicians came out ASAP. Super friendly as well. Great service. Great company. Strongly recommend!"

"The project was not an easy one. Our screen porch screens had to be replaced in place. They could not be removed. This was a small project, but EB was willing to do it. Big companies will not touch a small job like this one. EB had to come back to make some adjustments, but they made sure everything was correct. We are pleased with the work and appreciated them wanting to make sure everything was done well."

"Albert was extremely helpful throughput the process from initial review and quote to updates on the project timeline. We were willing to wait due to the impact of Covid and they were communicative with the understandable delay everyone is experiencing in availability of materials. They kept us informed throughout the process. The project consisted of removal and installation of new siding, new garage doors, outdoor light fixtures, new front door and garage entry door. Michael and Josh were on site and very professional and helpful with our questions or any concerns through the process. The workmanship was excellent and you could see their attention to detail. I have had other remodelers where communication has been a nightmare but not with Albert, Michael and Josh. I also want to mention Barry who was very diligent in figuring out a wiring problem with one of our light fixtures to ensure it worked properly. They were very meticulous in every detail and it shows. Will definitely use them for future projects."
