"This is the 3rd time we've purchased appliances from Wickford Appliance, and we'll continue to do so. They're always very helpful, responsive, and professional, both on the sales floor and upon delivery. They're always very informative and knowledgeable about the appliances and mention anything we need to be aware of (e.g., don't get jeans caught in the washer door or it's a $500 repair). The delivery guys were quick, professional, courteous, and left no mess at all."

"I initially called Kevin Gonsalves, a mason I found on Angie's list to have my chimney re-pointed. He said his schedule was full for the near future so he took my phone number and said he would have Robert Downing call me in the next day or two. Robert called the next day to get my address and ask what work I wanted done. He said he would drive by the next morning to inspect the chimney and would call with an estimate. He called with an estimate of $1800 & two days to do the work I wanted done and said he could fix some other deficiencies he saw in the chimney for an additional $400. I told him I wanted to do the $1800 part of the job but I would call him back after I inspected the chimney more closely to see if I needed the additional $400 of work. After inspecting the chimney myself I called Robert back to say I did not see the need for the extra work. He said he would then just complete the original work and if he noticed anything when he had a closer look while he was working he would call me discuss. Robert came to my house on the agreed upon date and finished the work in one day. He called later that night to give me a new cost of $1700 and to say if I inspected his work and was satisfied could I please leave a check for him in my mailbox. I paid Robert and am planning on using him again."

"The Tech arrived in the morning for the install. We had removed previous shades and curtains so that access to each window was easy. The Tech came prepared with all the tools he’d need; (1) a light powerful drill; (2) Level; (3) Pencil; (4) Measuring Tape. The install went very well. The Tech was familiar with the intricacies of installing window treatment hardware and didn’t run into any issues. We will definitely hire WOW MEDIA again !"
