"Chris was prompt and a great guy. Got right to work on swapping out the opener. Included servicing the door for smooth operation. Explained everything he did when finished and how to setup for the app. Had an issue with the obstruction sensors, turns out it was just placement of the sensor that receives the light beam and how the sun hits the front of our house. Spoke to Chase and he came out and flipped the sending/receiving sensors to the opposite sides of the garage door and problem solved. Great company, highly recommend."

"I needed to repair the outside railing on the concrete stairs that lead into our house and had 3 other contractors come out, look at the job, give me an estimate and tell me the day that they would be there to fix it.  Unfortunately, none of the first 3 contractors ever showed up or called me back.  I then found Solutions Handyman on Google, called Ron set up an appointment, received a quote the next day and Ron showed up two days later to start and finish the work we talked about.  His prices were very very reasonable and his work was very good.  I will no longer attempt to complete small repairs or home improvements on my own.  It makes no sense when I can hire Ron at Solutions Handyman who has more experience.  I used to always tell my wife that I wish I had one person to call to take care of all of the little unexpected repairs for me, and now I have that person to call."

"Called American Best at 7am on a Sunday morning - they are on call 24/7 - and by 9am, Saeed was here, diagnosed the problem as being broken springs, but said there was no need for a totally new door. We appreciated his honesty and his efficiency. It was fixed within an hour. Saeed also believed that the opener was about 19 years old - we've only been in this house for 7 years - and that it would be advisable to install a new one. His colleague, Eric, came 2 days later with the new opener, and installed that along with key pad and new bullet drive. Unfortunately, he did not take away all the old machinery, but that wasn't part of the agreement. It would just have been very convenient for us! Both men were very pleasant and worked efficiently and well. Not having needed garage door assistance before, this seemed rather expensive to us, but on the other hand, we did no comparison shopping. Perhaps the price was totally reasonable. We had a sudden great need, and American Best came to the rescue immediately. The price paid included a senior citizen discount."
