I made the big mistake of hiring someone a family friend recommended and they diagnosed it incorrectly and then basically disappeared on me. Anyway, it took a few weeks but they repaired it today and I was impressed with their courtesy and getting the job done very quickly and successfully. I felt like I was being dealt with honestly. "I needed to replace an older AC unit that is in a very tight spot in an attic. I had 4-5 people out to look at it and I thought Atlantic (Bill) was by far the most knowledgable and had the best understanding of what I needed, and did the best job explaining it to me. Their pricing was about the same as everyone else so that was the reason I went with them. After we scheduled the install I didn't hear from them until the day before (a Sunday) when I had to reach out to the office. But other than that the installation couldn't have been smoother. Kyle and his team were exactly on time each morning and were very nice and professional and got everything installed smoothly with very minimal need from me. Would definitely recommend."

"Paul was excellent from start to finish. His price was fair, he was knowledgeable and reasonable. He didn't try to upsell me. He and his assistant arrived on time on installation day to find that my tank location wasn't up to code (as was too close to the burner). He gave me the choice of leaving as is or installing the new tank shifting the location to an opposite wall (which of course would be more work for him and had to charge extra fir extra material and labor, as to be expected.). "About a week ago, I had a heat emergency. At first, I didn’t know what to do. I reached out to contractors on Angi (among other places). All of them were super busy. Luckily, I mostly figured out how to resolve my heating emergency myself. However, I still needed maintenance. Ryan from pro comfort control reached out to say that had some unexpected space in his schedule. We discussed options for what I might need or want. I chose 2/3 of the options. He said he’d call me the next day. I said I was flexible since I work from home. Next morning he texts and says how about now? 45 minutes later he and his colleague arrive (with all COVID boosters and masks), and we discover that some work (boiler skimming) can’t be performed w/o an extra valve which would cost a slight bit more (I completely understood). ~2 hours later, the work was completed. He explained everything before and afterwords in great detail. He said that although my boiler was ~20 years old, it should last for another 10-15 years as long as I performed regular maintenance and cleaning (skimming). He said I should consider heat pumps and a/c splits, and that with an inspection from mass save it would be cheap and last a long time. I look forward to having him come back!"
