I had 4-5 people out to look at it and I thought Atlantic (Bill) was by far the most knowledgable and had the best understanding of what I needed, and did the best job explaining it to me. Their pricing was about the same as everyone else so that was the reason I went with them. After we scheduled the install I didn't hear from them until the day before (a Sunday) when I had to reach out to the office. But other than that the installation couldn't have been smoother. He inspected the unit, found that it was low on coolant, located the leak, and recharged the system all in one visit. "Paul was excellent from start to finish. His price was fair, he was knowledgeable and reasonable. He didn't try to upsell me. He and his assistant arrived on time on installation day to find that my tank location wasn't up to code (as was too close to the burner). He gave me the choice of leaving as is or installing the new tank shifting the location to an opposite wall (which of course would be more work for him and had to charge extra fir extra material and labor, as to be expected.). One drain was a particularly hard job, but he kept at it until it worked perfectly. There were no hidden charges or attempts to jack up the cost. When he finished, he cleaned up completely.
