"Kyle and Justin installed a new 75 gallon water heater in my home this past week. The job was extensive due to need to remove incorrect pvc piping then install proper grade pvc to meet code. In addition they replaced and re install rigid piping for gas lines that apparently builder had not done correctly (shorts cuts!) this was also verified by another plumbing contractor of which we brought in for an estimate. So glad we went with Water Mac to do the job. Kyle and Justin's work was outstanding! These guys are nice, honest ,competent and fairly priced. I highly recommend them. Tammy Schoffelen"

"Excellent customer service. My Hot water heater busted on Christmas night and i called advanced professional 26th early morning, tech at my home in no time to provide estimate and work was done within next 4-6 hours. Technician name Abe who came to my house for service is one of the best. Very polite, professional and make sure work is done neat and clean. Only one thing i am not happy is i think it was little pricey but since it was urgent service i can't complain."

"If I could give 10 STARS I would. I have been in Dumont for over 23 years and have used multiple Plumbers. My favorite plumber retired and I was left to look for a new company. As a single mom, its hard to find companies I can trust inside my home or actually do the job correctly. Well, All Pipeworks was perfect from beginning to end. Erik immediately contacted me to review my issues with my water heater. HE LOOKED up my warranty FOR ME... He took the time to call my water heater company, found my contract and my remaining warranty. He helped me with all my options and was never pushy or aggressive. He explained everything in a language I can understand and was absolutely professional. He and his team, came by replaced my water Heather and other items from my furnace. He left the place clean, did not damage anything else in the boiler room and I have hot water again. It was seamless from start to finish. I will be calling Eric again for all plumbing needs. "The Service tech came a bit early (Hooray), and determined it wasn’t a wiring issue with our smoke/CO alarm, it was the alarm itself (defective sensor). So, that will be returned and the new one is blissfully QUIET. Thanks to Integrated Electrical Solutions for their OUTSTANDING service."
