"John Mullen provided me with OUTSTANDING service when my A/C broke. I called John at 8:23 PM on a Friday night and asked him if he could help me. My home was already 78 degrees and rising with a dog and two small children. He was in his car going home from a long day's job and turned around to come to my house. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a simple blown capacitor. He replaced the part, told me how much it would probably be for a new A/C unit with and without a furnace if/when I would ever need one, but said it was not necessary right now, that my unit should run for a while longer even though it was old. Then, at 9 PM on a Friday night, after what I am sure was a long hot day for him, he took the time to show me how to clean my A/C unit with my garden hose to increase efficiency and decrease the chance of breakdown. He left my house, work completed all for only $90, at 9:08. Now that is outstanding. At no time did John try to sell me a new A/c unit or furnace, even though my units are both very old. He simply advised me of the possible cost if I wanted to do that. He went out of his way and well beyond normal business hours, to come and fix my problem for minimal cost. He was polite, clean, informative, and honest. And again, he took the extra 10 minutes at 9PM at night to advise me on routine maintenance, for free. The previous home owner had this unit serviced regularly by a different company. I initially called them and left a voice mail as they were closed. I am writing this review on Sunday afternoon and still have not heard from them. If not for John I could have been without A/C for 3 or more days. I am a critical person and do not believe in praising people just for doing their job. I am much more inclined to leave bad reviews for poor service, than good reviews for just providing the service you are paid to do. Please consider that when reading how much I am praising this man for going above and beyond. Hire him, you will not be sorry."

"We were so happy to have Sullivan Super Service (Plumbing, Heating, Cooling) come today to repair our central air conditioning unit and to service our HVAC system. Sullivan's technician, Bob Anderson, was polite, professional and experienced. We greatly appreciated his knowledge and counsel. Our AC has been out for a few days in a current hot spell, and Sullivan was the only company that contacted us. They proved the old saying that in winning, half of the battle is just in showing up and being there. We were not Sullivan customers before, but we are now! Sullivan's service was SUPER!"

"We had a new furnace installed as well as new central air conditioning on July 25, 2016. Outstanding service all the way. From the old equipment being dismantled to installation of the new equipment everyone was professional and respectful. The work that was done is high quality. Todd and Chevy were very meticulous and done a excellent installation job as well as the two gentlemen that came to dismantle the old equipment. "Provider came in on scheduled time, stayed for about an hour and answered all of my questions without issues.  Did a thorough job and left.  There was one thing that did bother me about this service...so I paid 120 for a two visit check-up from the vendor.  The only thing that the vendor stated is that we should replace our filter for the unit.  Most places will provide the filter for you, but they didn't.  Even if they would have put the cheap blue filter in the unit, I wouldn't have seen any issue, but due to not replacing a filter for a HVAC seasonal check-up, I wouldn't rate them as Excellent. <br /> I'm building a new house as we speak and am need of a air cleaner and whole house humidifier.  I will call these guys to get a quote for the services needed, but i'll also be calling others to see how competitive they are. ;) <br />"

"Service provider was quick to respond. Sent someone out to checkout problem and give a free estimate. I was then able to plan for the work which was very reasonably priced. I scheduled them to come out the following week. Technicians were very professional and did a superb job. I would call them again."

"We have the Reliable Homeworks coverage from Peoples, so I placed a call to their emergency number this morning, Sunday, July 24th, at approximately 10 am. They told me a rep from Wade Heating and Cooling would be giving me a call. At just past Noon I got a call from one of their techs in response to my request for service. He said that he was nearby and would be by my house in approximately a half hour. He did arrive in that time. I had explained to him what had happened when my A/C stopped working. He thought he knew what the issue was before he even got here. As soon as he arrived he got to work. Long story short, he had our A/C up and running in a half hour, by 1:00 pm, an hour after he called me back. Now that's what I call service. Wonderful cool air is coming out of my vents again and cooling my house back down, couldn't be happier. The tech was very professional and friendly, and obviously knew his job well."

"after meeting with owner and explaining what I wanted, selecting date and time we discussed cost. Then scheduled date and time. The male tech was prompt, polite and had a list of what was suppose to done. When done he checked his list and then asked if I was satisfied. And one step further asked if there was anything else that he could do. I am thoroughly satisfied with this company and the tech that actually did my apartment.
