"it went spectacularly. I called on one of the hottest days during one of the hottest couple weeks of the whole season. I really expected to be told it would be at least 24 hours before they could get to me. The women who answered the phone was courteous and explained the process. She put me on the schedule and by 12:45 that afternoon the technician called and said he would be here in about 20 minutes. Once he got here he went right to is and was able to identify my issue almost immediately. His diagnostic skills were very impressive. He clearly explained what he found and his plan to fix it. I mentioned that I was concerned that I expected it to be more serious due to my lack of preventive maintenance. He immediately made me aware of a promotion that was available to have the A/C serviced and then have the furnace serviced in the Fall. The prices he quoted were very reasonable so I choice to proceed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of Heating or A/C services. They were professional, courteous and respectful of my time."
