I let him do his job without concern. In less than an hr he had photos of the issues with my furnace gave me a full explanation as to what was happening assured me there was no danger with the issues. Gave me a breakdown of the cost, ordered the parts and will return as soon as they are received. I’ve made a wise decision by going with Whal!! Thanks Nick!! "
