"Would absolutely recommend John Mullen and his company. From the first time I called John he was very responsive and professional. I had called multiple other HVAC companies to install a vent through a brick chimney and were having trouble finding someone who would even come take a look to see if they could tackle the project. John didn't hesitate and came out and talked to us to find the right solution. Once we were ready for the job we were able to schedule him within about two weeks and he called the day of to see if they could come a bit earlier than planned. I truly appreciate the quick and professional communication throughout the whole process. The guys that came with him to do the work were also professional and they got the job done quickly. "They come every season to check something. I think it's $20 a year; it's not expensive. It's like a maintenance. I found out there's a box on my air conditioning today that should be replaced that they never told me. I've used them for a long time. They also look over my furnace, and I guess there's some kind of GFCs or something that I need on my furnace and they didn't mention that. They're not electricians, so I can't fault them for that."

I let him do his job without concern. In less than an hr he had photos of the issues with my furnace gave me a full explanation as to what was happening assured me there was no danger with the issues.
