"Yes Jae replaced an indoor unit for my split system"

"Great Guy, Excellent Service, Quick, and Affordable. I chose this company to clean 3 a/c units as part of my move out inspection for my rental. They emailed me right away with a quote and even price matched. The guy that came out was super nice, explained what he was going to do and even provided me with an invoice with multiple pictures. I'm really glad I stumbled across this company. They made the move out process so much easier."

"This is an excellent young company whose owners are professional and responsible. They used to work for a large company that our old central air condo uses but unlike THAT company, these guys are HONEST and actually do the work at a fair price! I called 8 other companies and had 2 other companies to our condo and they did absolutely nothing except charge me for work that they should have done. Chris and Steve did all the maintenance and cleaning work on 4 central air units and discovered a ticking time bomb in the master bedroom right over hubby's work closet. The overflow sensor was not working, and the pan was full to the lip and would have ruined everything in the closet and the teak floors below. These guys will be back on a regular basis with us and hopefully our condo association will be open to spreading the word amongst the residents who are getting ripped off by the other companies who are often here."

"My AC was installed so quickly and professionally, no mess and a perfect instal! Will be using these legends again! Mahalo"

"They came with masks and precautions as we were without a/c for several weeks during self quarantine where another company would not. They were professional and cost conscious per my request. Serviced and solved the problem quickly."

"An item had to be ordered so it may take a month to get the part and get it repaired."

"Mana Mechanical’s owner, David, is a responsible professional who takes his commitments seriously. I needed to replace our old rooftop AC duct urgently. David was the only one who committed to meeting our aggressive schedule. He was honest with me that this would be his new company’s first job. I was a bit anxious, but decided to take a chance because I was impressed by his diligence during his on-site inspection. David acted as the general contractor, hiring engineers, electrician, crane operators, etc. His operation was flawless despite several unforeseen challenges, which he spent extra time and energy resolving himself. He even took extra work not included in original agreement staying late to finish them after his team had gone home. Even after the job was finished and paid for, he provided a detailed report with recommendations for other concerns he noticed on our rooftop. I am so grateful to have met David and highly recommend Mana Mechanical for your next project."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"There are not enough great words available in remaining characters for this entry. To find someone that calls back on Oahu is one thing, but to find someone who will drive across some of the country's worst traffic three days in a row to repair obsolete equipment after finding all three replacement boards for my split AC, while troubleshooting one after the next until it is all singing cool air in here? Simply the best service we've had after years of remodels and maintenance work in the property management business. No tricks, just straight awesome technical work, and honest communications. If the rating is not 5.0, then they are writing about the wrong business here. We even got a bad replacement board, and Tino worked right through the aggravation, and would not quit. Tip Tino more than 15%! We were leaving town to work out of state, and the turnaround was simply answers to prayers here. He has to keep moving fast to keep up with demand, so get your work done before he retires to run a bigger company or something! FIVE STARS. Really. Mahalo Nui Loa and Muchas Gracias Tino!"
