"I had a hot water heater replaced. My old one was a out 18 urs old. The team came out and replaced with a new Bradford White tank. Great job and left everything neat and clean as they found it. Very professional and the pricing was more than competitive ."

"Our upstairs toilet clogged this morning & the leak seeped through & we could see the leak on the ceiling downstairs. Called Georgia Rooter Services & within 90 minutes of my call, Ned & Henry were at my house. Ned explained the entire process, estimate broken out for the fee & they quickly got to work. "This company stands behind their work I highly recommend them! We recently had our hot water tank replaced with a national brand; however, within 6 months the unit was totally out. We called them they showed up immediately and after it was determined that the defective part would have to be ordered and we would be without hot water for two additional days without hesitation they picked up a new tank replaced it no questions asked! Thanks, Carl, for all your professionalism explaining everything you were doing every step of the way."

"The plumber who did the installation was excellent. His work passed the city's inspection. However, the firm rushed to install the hot water heater before the permit was issued. I was worried about getting a fine from city hall. Also, they started the work right after I agreed to the work order that evening without even coordinating with me on the installation time. At that time, I had to leave home to fulfill another commitment."
