I made an appointment for 12pm-4pm and about 11pm the pro called and said he couldn't make it today & would I reschedule for Monday. I called his office and told the scheduler that he had called to try to reschedule & she offered to get another pro. I said "No, I will try another pro". I called Ragsdale and the pro came straight over, changed the pipe line from inside to outside, added a new spigot and was done in less than an hour. Several things showed up on the code on their check in system and they weren't sure which one of those things was causing the problem and they wanted to charge me $300 for the diagnosis alone. They wanted to keep my car for three days for diagnosis. Then I took my car to Mr. Fletcher who instantly said that he was going to fix it. He fixed one thing on my car and that cleared the problem; In fact 5 different things showed up on the code for him as well but he looked up at all of that and fixed the exact thing which was cutting my car off.
