"Douglas Comiel (sp.?) installed a new garage door replacing our Replaced damaged door was timely, efficient, polite and checked to be sure everything I needed was done. He also replaced the garage door opener which I was sorely missing in the cold winter. The door looks great, matching the existing door, and works perfectly! I could not be more pleased with my experience!"

"I had a broken spring which prevented the garage door from operating. The team replaced the springs quickly, without me even having to move the car! All the work was explained to me, as well as future maintenance clarified. Both the specialists were courteous, professional, and masked! Would absolutely hire again and recommend."

"Called on a Friday got an appointment for Saturday between four and five actually got a phone call to see if they could come earlier. Tech came out took a look at our garage door and opener took my budget into consideration installed the new garage door opener belt driven instead of chain . Also did a rebuild so I got new springs seeing the garage door was still in good condition. Technician was fantastic left everything clean. Technician also showed me how to work the new door opener and keypad . I highly recommend this company"

"Sales Rep/Technician was a very hard sell. His English was only fair and that complicated things. Buy, Buy, Buy. He wasn't about to let me go. I hired him even though his prices seemed a bit high, but I needed to garage my car before the winter storm hits later this week. The work was performed very quickly, but the 'package' of the door opener was stripped down when it came to accessories. We only got one remote and of course, the wall switch. We only received an electronic invoice, and none of the normal paperwork, manuals, etc. for the opener itself. I only went with these guys because the car was stuck outside, and I always garage it, plus the storm coming later this week would've buried the car. I don't have good balance so having to manually clean the car was too dangerous. Beware of the hard-sell and I let him know that I was aware of that maneuver. They position themselves out of cars with no real office and I believe they probably target seniors, with the hard sell."

"Elite Door Services was first to reach out when I posted the project, within minutes of doing so. He made it easy to describe the project and get me a quote. When he arrived he was friendly, professional and helped me understand what needed to be fixed. The price was inline with what I expected and he did the job quickly. Will absolutely use him as my garage guy going forward."

"Joe was great, explained what he was going to be installing gave me a few recommendations and quoted me on three different options. Upon setting appt he arrived promptly, Explained how the garage door opener worked and gave me a quick tutorial. He even came by a few days later to assist me with the door and opener, when one of my contractors goofed up and had me thinking there was an issue with the door. Overall I would definitely recommend This company for your garage door installation or garage opener needs."

"He was here within the hour and solved the issue that morning. New garage door opener is working great!"

"Had a great experience getting my garage fixed. The price was very reasonable, the work was done really well, and everything was finished quickly. They also gave me a warranty which made me feel a lot better about the repair. Definitely recommend!"

"I selected Mass Garage Door Expert after contacting several other companies who were booked for several weeks. Mass Garage Door had open appointments two days out. The installer arrived on time, and was able to make the repair on the spot. He also provided me some useful information about the condition of my equipment and possible improvements. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future."

"I called because our garage door would occasionally jam or reverse direction, and it had not been professionally serviced for a decade. When PJ arrived, he immediately pointed out almost broken and stretched springs, cables and pulleys. Definitely needed service! While the replacement parts were not anticipated, they clearly were needed. Even though two service trips were needed (because of parts availability) and two doors needed service, MDI only charged labor for one service call. Everything works so much better now. I no longer cross my fingers every time I push the OPEN button. Excellent work."
