The sale representative (Albert) was knowledgeable about the product line. He answered my questions and worked with me to find a product right for me and within my budget. Besides just "selling and installing" my doors, Albert and Eric went above and beyond the written contract and were gracious in volunteering to help me with a few handyman-type small jobs I needed after the break-in: helping to install a new motion-detector light and fixing a broken wooden gate. These were small "chores", but the extra effort they took to quickly install a new backyard security light and to fix the broken gate helped me feel more secure after the break-in incident. "The whole process was relatively smooth. the sales person was good and knowledgeable. After signing the contract, two person crew came to measure. It took about a month and a half before windows were ready. Scheduling during the winter was a bit difficult, but it was not their problem. In bad weather, I would not want them climbing a tall ladder to install the window. Install was done professionally. We are satisfied. We would use them again.
