"I was told they do not start a job until they have everything. Not true. The day they arrived they said my shower door was on backorder but should be here in a week. I thought okay it is only a week and I can use a shower curtain. Well here it is a month later and no shower door. I call every week for updates and they still do not have answers for me. Now they are not even returning my calls. Because my shower is so small and the nice shower head I have on I get water all over my floor every time I shower. Had I known this I would have told them to wait till everything was in. I have now reached out to the loan company and If I soon don't get any answers I will dispute this loan. "
