"I have a 4 family house in Plainfield NJ.  One of the apartments sprung a leak in the ceiling.  We figured out it was the hot water pipe and had to turn off the hot water to all four apartments Thursday night.  I called Rob Friday morning and he was at the house in an hour!  He quickly checked out the situation and realized what needed to be done to repair the problem.  We discussed the problem and he quoted a reasonable price.  Rob performed the needed repairs on the spot within 2 hours.  I was very happy with the professionalism Rob displayed and would absolutely recommend his company to a friend.

Bottom line - Mark hit all four at an incredibly high level...not only did he prove himself to indeed be a master plumber but also a master service provider. After a few not so successful experiences in the past, I am happy to say I have found my go to for all plumbing needs and I recommend MFS with my highest confidence. Details - I had a clogged drain which I was unsuccessful at snaking myself and proved to be a bit more complicated than initially thought, requiring some replacement plumbing. Mark responded to me immediately and his communication throughout the process was incredible. He made allowances to conform to my schedule, coming out on a Sunday even though it wasn't an emergency (and not charging emergency prices!). When the job required more than we had anticipated, Mark arranged to come back two days later, again convenient to my schedule, and completed the repair/replacement of some plumbing while clearing the pipes. Professional and superb quality of work, Mark was also wonderfully pleasant and enjoyable to work with. I was not able to be present for the final repairs on the second visit so Mark actually sent me pictures of the work upon completion and a video of the water vortexing down the drain! His final price for the two visits and work was very fair, I could not have been more pleased with the whole experience."

"Frank tried numerous times to get in touch with me, which I'm glad because we were away for a couple days. He inspected the chairs at the house and said they would have to be taken apart, and re-glued as they are were all held together with dowels. His price included pick-up and delivery of chairs from Maspeth. I did not inquire or price any other provider, and just went with him based upon all the good reviews on Angie's List. One week later, all chairs were complete and are solid as a rock. Frank is a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend his services.

"We purchased a house and adding a whole house water filter was on our list. Our local Orbit dealer performed a free water test and confirmed a that a lot of the junk we had read was in our city water was in fact there. Our previous house also had hard water and we saw firsthand what it did to our pipes and hot water tank. Plus we were tired of a filtered water pitcher taking up space in our refrigerator. Our sales person went over all of the features of the Puronics 7000 system and outlined the maintenance which simple and easy to understand. Installation took place about two weeks later and the guys were done in a day. About a year out and we're still very happy with the improved water quality and the system itself works great."

"Gene and his crew did a beautiful job on our new bathroom. They were there every morning on time, responsive to questions via text or email, and kept us aware of their progress as well as what was to come next. The demolition itself knocked a few nails through the walls adjacent to the bathroom but Gene happily fixed it himself. "Really well. When I called for the appointment the woman who answered the phone was pleasant and helpful and got me an appointment the next day. One of the pipes installed during renovation less than a year ago was too short. Graham and Calvin repaired that and snaked out the pipes removing a clog from years ago in the older pipes. They left everything as clean as when they began. They were on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. They emailed me their pictures when they were on their way so that I would know who they were when they arrived. If I need help with a plumbing problem again, I will definitely call on them again."

"I contacted a couple of contractors to get estimates on both a first floor full size bath and a 2nd floor 1/2 size bath that I was looking to extend into a partial wasted closet space in order to add a shower. After a few consultations, I decided that I would need to hold off on the upstairs conversion, since the design ideas and the estimates received were all over the place. I focused on getting the downstairs bath done. I chose Statewide once Juan (the owner) was willing to work with me in order to ensure I had limited access to use the shower, since it was the only one in the house. His team made sure for the 1st few days of the project that plastic was placed around the shower area, so that it was usable.
I had some concerns about the type of tiles used that the quality would not hold up under constant use, but Juan convinced me that they would and had used them on several other projects. I was hesitant, but Juan ensured me that if there was an issue he would take care of it, so I went with what he suggested. They do look good in the room. There were some grout issues, but again Juan ensured me if there was any problems he would fix.
The team did everything possible to protect my home by covering doors, floors and furniture, and they made every effort to clean up each night as well as when the project was completed.
There was an unexpected small nuance once the foundation was opened: a small leak in the sewer pipe behind the wall which was patched up.
While Juan and team were finishing up this project, I alerted him to a smaller project I wanted to have fixed in my basement. The portion of the sewer pipe in the basement had all kinds of additional pipes that flowed to it that were hanging low or attached at awkward angles. I also wanted to change the very old pipes that were attached to the washing machine and move it over so that the dryer could fit next to it. The dryer had been diagonally opposite it making it a bit uneasy and taking up space where it was at.
Juan came back a couple of weeks later changed the portion of the sewer pipe in the basement, replaced several other pipes, added a washer box for the laundry faucets, and replaced my utility sink with a new one I had brought. The end result looks great.
Overall, I am satisfied with both jobs. Well done!

"We purchased a mother/daughter house in spring 2015. The main house needed remodeling and we wanted to completely renovate the smaller unit including the kitchen and bathroom (included reconfiguring the bathroom and moving a wall). The main unit work included a remodeling to make the main bathroom senior friendly and we added central A/C to both units. We also needed quite a bit of landscaping done which included removing concrete around the pool and repaving, adding a new fence & sod, building a fire pit and plantings. Andrew and his design team worked very closely with us during the planning stage to make sure that all our needs (and wants) were being met. They did professional renderings of the space with the proposed changes and made sure that we were happy with the final product before starting on any of the major projects. Andrew did a great job from start to finish on this project and I would say he has the ability to not only focus on the larger aspects of the job but also notice the smaller details. He even went above and beyond and spoke to the neighbors during the demolition stage so that they would know what to expect which I thought was a great and I'm sure they appreciated. All of the work that Andrew's team did was of the highest quality and we trusted him to get everything done to code and to our standards. Andrew has a good network of subcontractors and other specialists in the area and coordinated every aspect of the project so we didn't have to worry about finding different people for different jobs. This was extremely important since we weren't on site while work was being completed and didn't have the time to deal with this. If at any point we were unhappy with anything he would propose a solution and try to work with us. We ran into a few unforeseen issues since the house was older (which I think happens on almost any project!) but Andrew worked with us to explain everything and made sure they were taken care of. We are extremely happy with all the work that Andrew and his team did. The guys who work with him are trustworthy and worked hard and we couldn't have done any of this without them. I can honestly say that I was so excited with how spot on the finished project was compared to the vision that I had in mind at the beginning. I would definitely recommend Two Rivers and would hire them for any other projects."
