"Communication and punctuality were excellent. But Accurate Upgrades quote was 2 1/2 times more than the other 4 ceramic tile installers I received a price from (they wanted $5300 to do the job, whereas my other 4 quotes from licensed installers were in the $1500-$2000 range). Always suspect when a bid is so far removed from comparable quotes."

"We had John Davis Construction build us a 20x20 screened in porch addition. John Davis and his team are highly skilled carpenters and builders who take great pride in their work. John was communicative from start to finish and followed through on all tasks. John works well with owners by addressing any issues along the way as well as providing suggestions to enhance the overall outcome of your project. He is reasonably priced and fair. We now enjoy a gorgeous addition and have received many compliments from our community."
