Aaron came in and explained the exact procedure that would be done and gave a quote and explained that he would have to cut the drywall to secure the pipe and that I would have to hire another company after he was finished to fix the drywall. (I was dismayed at the idea, but thankful that he was willing to be so thoughtful in his explanation.) With the ease of the repair, the work was completed in a matter of minutes. "The guy called and said he is 10 min away. He arrived 45 minutes later. He looked for bubbles in the dark. I had to keep asking would you like the lights on? Finally, I just cut them on. He claimed he couldn't find a leak after Duke Energy found one and the smell of gas was all throughout the house. I should've used a fireplace company first to avoid wasting money. I was going to pay through Angie list but it was cheaper to just pay the service call. I don't know if he really couldn't find the leak are was upset he arrived 15 minutes before he was due to get off. He was friendly though?. I can say they guy I talked to on the phone was very nice. I would use the service again based on how nice he was but only for plumbing."
