"Patio Enclosures wanted $13,000 more than another construction company. Patio Enclosures priced a 3 season pre fabricated sunroom. We decided to go with a true built from scratch room addition from another company with 6 huge windows and 2 vertical skylight windows. Also included is a 9 ft. break thru of the existing wall to the new room. Patio Enclosures did not include a break thru. We would have had to enter it from the existing door to the deck. Also, the room will use the existing heating and air conditioning. Patio Enclosures wanted to give us a noisy window unit for the heating and air conditioning. Since it is a true room addition, the square footage can be legally added to the home’s total square footage, unlike that from a 3 season pre fab room. Pictures of Patio Enclosures work look very good, but a 3 season room for $13,000 more than a 4 season true addition with much more to it is no comparison!"
