""Wow!!!" is the first thing that comes to mind with Hampton Roads Water Services. We had a pipe that connects to our water heater that developed two pinhole leaks that got items in my closet wet and we had to shut the water off to the home to stop any further possible damage. The owner contacted me not too long after I posted my request for a quote by text message late at night and they were able to get one of their employees to my home before 11 a.m. Joseph did all of the work we needed quickly and efficiently and did a fantastic job! The rate for all of the work that was done was also very reasonable which was truly great! I most certainly would use this company again for any clean water repairs that I need to be completed in the future. Joseph also gave me his professional opinion on some concerns I had in other areas as well that confirmed what I thought was the issue.
