"Things went well for the most part. I was very pleased with the service with two minor complaints: One, one of the workers had a misstep in the attic crawl space which resulted in him stepping through the kitchen ceiling. They had to come to repair the hole in the ceiling a few days later, and it was patched but not painted or blended in, so you can still see where the work was done there. In addition, they were supposed to do additional work insulating the basement crawl space, but due to some moisture down which went unnoticed during the initial inspection, they were not able to complete this work. It took several weeks for Gordon to respond to my follow-up questions about that, and he said in the end that they recommended I have the basement waterproofed before he could do the work.
