"I had a great experience with Alamo Garage Doors when I noticed one of my garage door panels had cracked. The technician measured it carefully, ordered the exact replacement, and installed it within a few days. The color match was perfect, and the door looks brand new again. Very happy with their work."

"Very prompt response to my request for an estimate. Accommodated my schedule. Came on time. Thoroughly examined garage door for any extra strain that might be placed on opener motor. Offered lifetime warranty. Installed promptly and explained operation thoroughly."

"I called for service late this morning and the job was done before 4PM. One of my garage door cables broke on Christmas Eve. I called late this morning and within an hour Ken had called me back to make arrangements to come and see what I needed. He got here on time and proceeded to inspect my situation. I asked about my over 27 year old doors and openers and he said they were fine and recommended that I did not need new doors or openers. After testing and inspection he replaced all four springs, pulleys, cables and roller wheels. (I know I needed new springs and rollers as they were obviously worn and I had already replaced my springs about 10 years ago after two had snapped causing some damage to my walls when they did.) He then tested and adjusted the doors until they operated like new. He used upgraded rollers so I don't have to lubricate them. Both doors operate better and are quieter than before the cable broke. I think they are operating as good if not better than when they were new. He also noticed one of my hinges was oxidized and replaced that too before it broke. He gave me an extra hinge in case any ever break as that can seriously damage the door. Ken is very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He worked very quickly and efficiently and explained everything to me as he worked. My doors and openers are over 27 years old and I could have been easily convinced to get new openers and new doors. By being honest and forthright he saved me several thousand dollars on items I did not need. I couldn't be happier with the service and work he provided. I will definitely use him again if the need arises. I highly recommend him. A top notch service provider."

"Apex Garage Door Service Damian was very friendly and very knowledgeable about his work. I recommend him to anyone who needs a quality job on a new garage door opener or replacement. He took his time and explained how it works. He did the job in less time than expected. Thank you."

"Very satisfied with the quality of the doors and installation. The lead time was originally "three weeks" which morphed into eight weeks- although I wasn't told, I'm guessing late fall could be the busy time for folks to upgrade garage doors- prior to winter."

"I had received 5 other estimates before meeting with Shaun, the owner of Ameritech Services to have 2 layers of roof removed and a new one installed. He was very pleasant and discusses every detail of the process during the free estimate. This made the consult longer than most but was ultimately why I chose his company, since I knew they would not skimp corners on getting the job done. The roof I chose came with a 5 year labor warranty and a 30 year warranty on product. The project came with up to 10 sheets of decking if it needed to be replaced, and I needed 9! Several of the other companies, you have to pay for each sheet of plywood needed or includes just a few so that worked out great for me. From the time I signed the contract, I had excellent customer service; having 3 point contacts (owner, project leader and office manager). Larry and his team arrived promptly as scheduled and worked efficiently in getting my roof removed, replaced and cleaned up in 3 hours! Granted, I have a small 3 bedroom rancher with a simple roof, but still impressive. That afternoon I received a follow up call from Shaun, the owner to check in which was a nice touch. A week later, I received a thank you gift and a $500 gift card for family & friends or for a future project. Their estimate was the second lowest that I had received. I used a $1000 Angies List coupon and then was given an additional $500 off at time of estimate. I would definitely recommend to others."

"Excellent installation with quality materials."
