So, I was really happy that the team at 1st and Goal Pest & Animal Control was on point to remove the nest and eliminate the Hornets from our backyard. Ant this was no small task as the nest was upwards of 30 feet hanging form a branch. They came up with an innovative approach using a long extension pole and swatting the nest off the branch. "Called them and asked for an estimate for their services to treat ant problem, was provided an estimate over the phone when others wanted me to wait several days for an inspector to come and devise a treatment plan.  While we were on the phone after I was provided the estimate I asked his availability to come out, he told me he would be there between 2 and 3 PM the very next day.  Anthony called me at approximately 1:30 PM when he was on his way and advised that he would arrive at approximately 2 PM.  He quickly treated the treated the interior area of the house where the ants were spotted and the perimeter of the house at a very reasonable price. He also identified the trails that were likely causing the issue. They do not pressure you to buy a contract in fact stated that they do not offer these.  I now have a 90 day warranty on the work performed and was quoted a very reasonable for additional on demand treatments that I may request.  Very quick and professional service. He treated the interior area of the house where the ants were appearing and the perimeter of the house. Have not used exterminator in the past and hopefully will not need again soon but if I do I will definitely be calling Anthony again

"Company was professional and came out, inspected and set traps for mice. Signed on for 60 day warranty to have follow up visits for routine inspection. Continued to call and state problem was not resolved and stated to individual who came out for follow on inspections. After several calls had another individual come out and inspect. Said we were likely dealing with squirrels and not mice. Said we should seal house and there was nothing further they could help with. Problem still is not resolved and working with new pest company to resolve the issue."

"Michael and his staff at Above All are phenomenal. It is nice to experience a company that is all about 100% customer satisfaction in today's day and age. I have a summer rental property and my tenant advised me there were ants in the kitchen. Michael had a technician there THE SAME DAY. The next afternoon, my tenant said the ants were worse. I called Michael and he said that it's not unusual for the problem to get worse in the immediate term because the bait attracts the ants, who then bring the poison back to the nest. Typically, the problem improves soon after that. But he pointed out that he knew tenants paid good money to enjoy their vacation and he scheduled another technician come out the next morning, a Saturday. Being a changeover day, the tenant departed early to beat the traffic off of LBI. I met the technician at the house and, of course, there was no sign of ants. The bait worked just as Michael said it would. But the technician wanted to make sure I was confident the problem was solved since I had another tenant coming in that day, and he treated and baited the property again. I got to observe this time and it is an extremely thorough treatment that they do. Under the house in the crawl space, outside the house, in the kitchen, around the kitchen and bathroom under sink plumbing, under the dishwasher, behind the stove. He even located the nest. And what did this all cost? Nothing! I have a contract with Above All to treat quarterly (at a very reasonable price), and there was no charge to eliminate this problem, despite my offer to pay for their prompt and duplicate service calls. I highly recommend Above All Termite and Pest Control. You won't be disappointed."
