"On the positive, my dryer is fixed. On the negative it took one month. Written estimate and receipt of cash funds was not provided without request. Did not fulfill on even promise for ETA and did not proactively communicate. It took me implying my legal experience to get him to finish the job. I didn't want to go there, but when a repairman takes your cash and you don't hear from him again unless YOU call, it feels very shady. I am generous with a 3-star review given Mr. Ray expressed that he was having health issues, in which case he should definitely have a back-up repairman, instead of taking on repair calls he cannot complete in a timely manner. The final send-off? The last thing he said to me was the repair was my fault for buying an LG Tron in the first place. I was willing to let my experience go and not write a review, but to treat me with such contempt...After I said "all's well that ends well"...Mr. Ray should have taken the win, instead of getting in one last jab."
