"Garrett and three other technicians were timely for the appointment, courteous, professional, and did an excellent job. I did have a slight problem after the installation as my drip pan was filling up with water and cut off the condenser to the other AC unit I didn't have replaced. Dave, the president of the company came out on short notice and resolved the problem with my 20-year-old drip line (which was plugged). He had to make two trips to his house to get some tools and material to complete the job. You don't get that kind of care from most companies these days. I highly recommend Cypress Creek!"

"Excellent company from phone to installation to all team members. I purchased a full hvac and furnace and was even able to finance directly with them at 0% these days. They made the decision effortless and the were quick during the hot months to install. I plan to use them for many other projects beyond hvac which they do roofing, Electrical and plumbing as they have incredible service and workmanship. "Repair Service to Fix Gas Boiler - WM Henderson first sends out a tech who is not familiar with gas boilers and admits there is an issue but does not know how to diagnose it. I had to pay $89 for this. Instead of having the right person come out, I had to to actively call again to get someone else to come out. The 2nd tech diagnosed the issue, but wants to charge me the same $89 that I already paid. - and quotes me $380 for the repair - and has to order the part. I agree and then call back the next day to confirm part is on order - and they tell me the charge is $1,015. I asked to speak to a manager to discuss, and no one is available and no one calls me back. I bought the replacement part from a supply where house (confirming it works with my make/model of boiler) and it cost me $165. I have had other scheduling issues with them as well. Don't use them!!!!!!!!"

"I requested a consultation on our central AC. With jn hours I received a call back, arranged an appointment. Mr. Portlo and his team arrived on time, were very knowledgeable, professional. He and his team provided excellent customer service. They not only fixed the problem but, they were able to provide maintenance on other 3 unites that we have. I highly recommend Mr. Portillo and his team. I will keep their number in my directory to call them again for our A/C and heating needs."

"If you need a new A/C or any A/C service at all, I could not recommend this company more. In the service industry, it is sometimes difficult to find an honest, reputable company who gives 200% to all they do. The initial visit was quick and "painless". The installation went perfectly and when they left after completion, the only way we knew they had been there was the cold air coming out of those brand-new white vents. All boxes and old vents, unit etc was hauled off so that we did not have to deal with it. We will forever recommend this company!"
