He did a complete checkup of our AC and furnace, replaced 2 clogged filters, and sold me a maintenance contract for 3 years of on-going bi-annual checkups for our system. He was very polite and professional. Johnny has been with Cypress Creek AC a long time. He was on the crew that installed our Lennox air conditioner, and we trust him to know his job and understand any issues with our system. On a previous visit, he pointed out a gap in our roof (after we had a new roof put on) where the flashing hadn't been put in place. That saved us a lot of $$$'s because it avoided water damage!"

"Jose and his crew replaced my existing single phase system with a new variable speed system that is quieter and more energy efficient. Jose's quote was the least expensive of four offers I received for similar 3 ton variable speed systems. They got me on their schedule within two business days after I agreed to move forward. The installation took a bit longer than I or they expected, but they got it done and did not charge any extras. On the second day the system wasn't cooling as expected. I let Sherman (the technician who installed it) know and he came out the same day to address the issue. He made the fix, admitting that he had wired the system for a different 14 SEER rating when it was a 16 SEER one. I've had no issues the past week and I am very happy with the new system. I will be using J and Andy's to service my other system, and I would definitely recommend them."
