I shut off the supply valve and called Streamline, and they came out within half an hour to fix it at their expense. Mistakes happen, and I was impressed with how professionally they corrected that one."

"Fantastic...I was freaking out a little bit when I called because the utility company had sent someone out to turn off the water meter for the other side of a duplex I bought since they said they were alerted to a flow rate of 160-170 gallons/hour! I called Devlin's and they were reassuring while listening to my situation. I was scheduled in for within a few hours! Amazing! Billy called to let me know when he was on the way, and when he arrived, he checked everything outside, including the meter, the pipe, under the crawl space, tested putting the water back on, and discovered it was a toilet that busted. Whew! He was so patient and friendly, and answered all my questions, letting me hang out so he could show me the meter and how it worked. We had a really good conversation! Once he determined there wasn't also a pipe leak (whew again), I asked him his opinion on a leak I was having in the washer box. He said he could replace that right now, and I was all SURE THANK YOU!!! That really made my day, several less things to worry about! Billy was so nice and knowledgeable, and did a great job. I am not using another plumbing company, I have found my go-to!

They are scheduled to come back when they are in the area (next week) to finish the job. I am expecting another shipment from Moen before their scheduled date."
